How to Reschedule your Lesson

NB: Please make sure the lesson duration matches the lesson type (eg. A forty five minute lesson should have a duration of 45 mins)
Communicate with your student about a mutually suitable time
Click on your lesson within the 'Teachworks' calendar.
Press edit.
When you press edit, you can change the time of the lesson to a different day or you can change where the lesson takes place (what's really important is that if this is a 30-minute lesson, the next lesson has to be a 30-minute lesson; if this is a 1-hour lesson, it has to be booked in as a 1-hour lesson).
Check for conflicts before selecting submit
If you have selected a time to reschedule outside your normal availability you will either need to update your availability OR you can contact our admin (manager@boostyourlearning.co.nz) to do this for you.
Press submit to schedule the new lesson day/time
Email or text the family to confirm this is the rescheduled time for the lesson.
