Screen sharing

Expectation: This is a minimum requirement to be able to share your screen and to show students how to share their screen.

Examples of effective screensharing in your lessons:

‘Can you share your screen for me to show me what it says in your one note?’

‘Let me share an example with you from this exemplar, so you can see the difference between achieved and merit.’

Screen Sharing

Share your screen directly with other participants with just one click. You can choose to share:

When screen sharing, Leaders automatically enter presenter mode.

Find out more about all the Space features here.

The screen-sharing icon is on the right-hand side of the communications dock. You or your student can click on it and share your screen without installing any plugins (Note: we recommend using Lessonspace with Chrome)

  • Click on this icon

This can be found on the right-hand side of the Lesson Space

We suggest selecting to share a browser tab(recommended to avoid infinity mirror effect)

To stop sharing, click on this icon

For advanced users, you can also annotate screensharing with your student. This is covered in detail in the advanced course.
